Coronavirus: Important information for customers

I wanted to assure every one of our customers that it is business as usual at Silgo Lubricants. In light of the current crisis we are now implementing measures to help protect the health and safety of our employees and customers while maintaining the high standard of service you have become accustomed to from us.
 
In order to minimise the immediate risk through contact to all concerned, we ask that a safe minimum distance of 2 meters between our employees and customers is adhered to at all times.
 
We are aiming to keep all contact to a minimum and therefore believe that by making the decision to leave no paperwork upon delivery of goods should help reduce the risks we all now face on a daily basis.
  
Our drivers will record the name of the person accepting delivery of the goods along with the date and time of delivery. To ensure that you still receive your POD a scanned copy of the retained paperwork will be sent on to you in due course.
 
All of our sales and technical support are now office based, each of them will be contacting you directly on a regular basis. Should you require any information and/or support please rest assured our Sales team are all accessible via mobile or emails on either the office number 01708 865665 or your normal Sales Manager mobile contact details. I have taken this decision purely to reduce the risk of spreading the virus via business to business activity and thank you for your continued support.
 
The management team at Silgo will monitor the latest developments of the situation and follow government guidance, we are committed to implement any additional procedures to help support your business with us during these unprecedented times.
