Silgo Lubricants are pleased to announce that we have joined the Gleaner Oils family.
In August 2017 Silgo Lubricants was purchased by Gleaner Oils, having until then remained a family owned company since our foundation in 1966.
Silgo’s will remain based at our warehouse in South Ockendon, Essex, with the management of the company also remaining with the staff on site. However, this is an exciting time for Silgo and means that we will now undergo a period of investment and growth to benefit not only our existing customers but also our future customers too.
Gleaner Oils are an independent and family owned supplier of Bulk Fuels and Lubricants, serving markets including domestic Heating Oil, Commercial and Agricultural Fuels. Gleaner also manage a network of over 50 filling stations. In January 2017 Gleaner Oils were named as Shell Lubricants Distributor Champions for 2016.
We look forward to our future as part of the Gleaner Family and the exciting developments this will bring for Silgo’s.
